We use equipment such as a magnifying glass or camera to examine a client's iris for tissue changes, as well as features such as specific pigment patterns and irregular shapes and markings. The markings and patterns are usually compared to an iris chart that correlates specific zones of the iris with specific parts of the body. We will be holding various cooking classes throughout the
year. These
cooking classes will be extremely helpful in your learning how to prepare a
nutritious yet delicious meal! All of our ingredients will contain only
organic foods and you will be introduced to other ingredients that you may not
know of. It will be a hands-on class where you will be participating in
the preparation of the food and, of course, participating in the eating of it
